If you are interested in the offer and want to know more, do not hesitateWe are looking for you!What tasks will you perform?- Daily qualification of leads acquired by conducting desk research using multiple internal and external sources and proactive telemarketing activities.- LiveChat management.- Routing of leads and technical inquires to responsible functions and/or partners.- Providing marketing materials and product documentation to leads upon request.- Ensuring timely management of leads by sales colleagues and channel partners through proactive reminders and proper follow-up cadence.- Providing regular feedbacks on the lead quality to campaign manager/marketing communication people and sales teams.- Track lead management results and report to the business.
Requisitos mínimos
What are we looking for?
- That you have training in marketing/communication/business/technical.
- Previous experience in the field is a plus.
- Native speaker of Spanish.
- Apart from the other languages required, English is always essential since communication with managers and colleagues will be in this language.
- That you have strong communication skills, a vocation for customer service, effective time management and the ability to learn.
- That you have availability to travel every day to LHospitalet de Llobregat.
