Las madres (y padres) que se dedican al cuidado de sus hijos cumplen una labor esencial que, a pesar del sacrificio que supone, no est\u00e1 reconocida ni econ\u00f3mica ni socialmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De pa\u00edses como Alemania no s\u00f3lo podemos envidiar su situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y su alto \u00edndice de ocupaci\u00f3n laboral, sino tambi\u00e9n las <strong>prestaciones de maternidad<\/strong>. Frente a los cuatro meses en Espa\u00f1a, el permiso m\u00ednimo de maternidad o paternidad en Alemania es de un a\u00f1o con posibilidad de ampliarlo y la ayuda mensual por cada hijo que se tiene est\u00e1 en torno a los 200 euros hasta que cumple los 18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12165 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/madre.jpg\" alt=\"\u00bfCu\u00e1nto deber\u00edan pagarte por ser madre?\" width=\"590\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/madre.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/madre-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si a la falta de ayudas en Espa\u00f1a a\u00f1adimos la grave situaci\u00f3n del mercado laboral con <strong>altas tasas de desempleo<\/strong> y <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/10-consejos-para-negociar-con-exito-tu-sueldo\/\" >malas condiciones econ\u00f3micas para los trabajadores<\/a><\/strong>, el panorama que se dibuja para ser madre no es precisamente id\u00edlico. Muchas de las parejas con hijos peque\u00f1os se plantean si realmente les compensa \u00a0o no que los dos trabajen fuera para pagar una guarder\u00eda o una persona que se encargue de cuidarlos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/10-motivos-por-los-que-el-ama-de-casa-debe-cobrar\/\" >\u00bfCu\u00e1nto deber\u00eda cobrar una madre o un padre por el trabajo que hace en casa?<\/a><\/strong> La pregunta nos la hemos hecho o la hemos escuchado en m\u00e1s de una ocasi\u00f3n, aunque pocas veces hemos ido m\u00e1s all\u00e1 para intentar encontrar la respuesta. Steven Nelms, un ciudadano estadounidense, s\u00ed lo hizo. Seg\u00fan sus cuentas, su esposa Gloria deber\u00eda ganar m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>67.000 d\u00f3lares anuales<\/strong> (m\u00e1s de 58.000 euros) por el trabajo que realizaba en su casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esas cuentas inclu\u00edan, por ejemplo, entre 50 y 100 d\u00f3lares semanales (entre 43 y 86 euros) por la limpieza del hogar, 75 d\u00f3lares a la hora (65 euros) por el cuidado del beb\u00e9, 240 d\u00f3lares a la semana (208 euros) por cocinar y 65 d\u00f3lares (56 euros) a la hora por hacer la compra. Steven Nelms seguramente se excedi\u00f3 al calcular alguna de estas partidas del presupuesto, como los 75 d\u00f3lares a la hora por el cuidado del beb\u00e9, pero al menos se atrevi\u00f3 a cuantificar en su <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.weareglory.com\/blog\/fathers-you-cant-afford-a-stay-at-home-mom\" >blog<\/a><\/strong> una realidad\u00a0 a la que casi nadie pone n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los c\u00e1lculos de la <strong>Confederaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Organizaciones de Amas de Casa<\/strong> se ajustan m\u00e1s a la realidad. Seg\u00fan este organismo, una persona que se dedica a las labores cotidianas del hogar y del cuidado de los ni\u00f1os deber\u00eda percibir <strong>algo m\u00e1s de 30.000 euros al a\u00f1o<\/strong>.
