Muchos se han encontrado con buenas condiciones de trabajo, otros muchos \u2018trabajan de lo que pueden\u2019 hasta encontrar \u2018algo de lo suyo\u2019 mientras aprenden el \u2013nada sencillo\u2013 idioma a marchas forzadas\u2026 Pero, sin duda, otros tantos no han visto cumplido su particular \u2018<strong>sue\u00f1o alem\u00e1n<\/strong>\u2019 y se han visto obligados a regresar a Espa\u00f1a. Pero, quienes decidieron continuar en el pa\u00eds teut\u00f3n con la esperanza de encontrar al fin la oportunidad laboral que Espa\u00f1a les niega, pronto se ver\u00e1n <strong>obligados tambi\u00e9n a abandonar el pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.oficinaempleo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/deutschland.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-1369\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.oficinaempleo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/deutschland.png\" alt=\"deutschland\" width=\"287\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/deutschland.png 640w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/deutschland-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/deutschland-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que <strong>el Gobierno de Angela Merkel<\/strong> ultima una ley que permitir\u00e1 <strong>extraditar a los inmigrantes europeos<\/strong> que, tras <strong>seis meses<\/strong>, no hayan logrado empleo. <!--more-->Esta decisi\u00f3n, que rompe con el derecho a la libre circulaci\u00f3n de las personas nacionales de los pa\u00edses miembros de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, se justifica desde el gobierno como una medida para evitar que los extranjeros abusen del sistema social alem\u00e1n y, especialmente, los <strong>flujos migratorios<\/strong> desde Ruman\u00eda y Bulgaria (que desde el 1 de enero no necesitan un contrato de trabajo para entrar en el pa\u00eds).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si se cumplen las previsiones, <strong>el proyecto ser\u00e1 aprobado a principios de junio<\/strong> (a m\u00e1s tardar, el 11 de junio), y sin duda,<strong> afectar\u00e1 al resto de pa\u00edses<\/strong> puesto que este nuevo sistema dificultar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n la llegada de, por ejemplo, <strong>los espa\u00f1oles lleguen a Alemania en busca de trabajo<\/strong> (siempre que cumplan ese medio a\u00f1o de infructuosa b\u00fasqueda de empleo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otra de las novedades que afectar\u00e1 a los desempleados espa\u00f1oles es que la nueva norma tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 <strong>prohibir<\/strong> <strong>que, durante cinco a\u00f1os, los europeos expulsados vuelvan a entrar en Alemania<\/strong>, acusados de fraude para conseguir su residencia (lo que tambi\u00e9n afectar\u00eda a los conocidos como matrimonios de conveniencia). Adem\u00e1s, se <strong>endurecer\u00e1n las condiciones para acceder a determinadas prestaciones y subvenciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pese a lo pol\u00e9mico de este proyecto, basado en un informe que fue presentado a finales de marzo por el Gobierno federal, sus defensores afirman que respeta el marco legislativo europeo. Alemania se suma as\u00ed a la actuaci\u00f3n de otros pa\u00edses como <strong>B\u00e9lgica<\/strong> que<strong> ya ha comenzado a expulsar a los desempleados europeos<\/strong> extranjeros que no encuentran trabajo en <strong>tres meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si a\u00fan tienes pensado partir a trabajar a Alemania, sin duda, lo mejor ser\u00e1 aterrizar con un <strong>contrato laboral<\/strong> bajo el brazo o con <strong>posibilidades de encontrar uno durante los primeros meses<\/strong> tras tu llegada, lo que ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo si echas un vistazo a los <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.oficinaempleo.com\/consejos-para-buscar-trabajo-en-alemania\/\"><strong>consejos de Oficina Empleo para trabajar en Alemania<\/strong><\/a>.
