En una realidad de la que a\u00fan s\u00f3lo conocemos sus comienzos y que cambiar\u00e1 el mundo de una forma y en unos plazos de tiempo que seguramente ser\u00e1n muy distintos a los que imaginamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los resultados de diferentes estudios no invitan precisamente al optimismo respecto al futuro del <strong>mercado laboral<\/strong> a nivel mundial. \u00a0Seg\u00fan un estudio elaborado en Estados Unidos, <strong>casi la mitad de las tareas realizadas por los trabajadores ya podr\u00edan ser ya realizadas de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/strong> Y otro estudio de Australia vaticina que el 73% de los trabajos que se realicen en el a\u00f1o 2035 se ver\u00e1n afectados de forma decisiva por la <strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es dif\u00edcil saber qu\u00e9 trabajos podr\u00e1n resistir en el futuro al cambio de robots por personal, pero estos son algunos de los <strong>empleos que nunca podr\u00e1n ser sustituidos por robots<\/strong> (si es que se puede afirmar algo as\u00ed sin temor a equivocarse&#8230;):<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1- Profesor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los robots puede que est\u00e9n capacitados para encargarse de m\u00e1s tareas y de realizarlas en menos tiempo que los humanos, pero hay algo que no podr\u00e1n ser: personas. As\u00ed que por muchos conocimientos que pueda almacenar un robot, no podr\u00e1 <strong>trabajar en educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, no podr\u00e1 ser un buen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/los-5-tipos-de-profesores-que-todos-hemos-tenido\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>profesor<\/strong><\/a> si carece de la <strong>vocaci\u00f3n, la pedagog\u00eda y el inter\u00e9s por el aprendizaje de los alumnos<\/strong> que son necesarios para trabajar como docente.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2- Inform\u00e1tico y especialista en robots<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Puede que los robots tengan la capacidad de solucionar por ellos mismos sus propias deficiencias, pero siempre habr\u00e1 alguien que se encargue de crear nuevos robots y de mejorarlos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3- M\u00e9dico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los robots podr\u00e1n \u201ccurarse\u201d a s\u00ed mismos, pero <strong>las personas no van, por ejemplo, a operarse a s\u00ed mismas<\/strong>. As\u00ed que la de m\u00e9dico -igual que la de enfermero- es una profesi\u00f3n que no desaparecer\u00e1 en el futuro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4- Atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En un futuro con tantas m\u00e1quinas a nuestro alrededor, necesitaremos personas que nos ayuden a entenderlas y a resolver cualquier problema que tengamos. Eso, al menos, queremos creer\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5- Recursos humanos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La propia palabra lo dice: <strong>humanos<\/strong>. Y aunque esos recursos sean cada vez menos, alguien tendr\u00e1 que ocuparse de su gesti\u00f3n, \u00bfno?
