Muchas empresas -en realidad, muchos empresarios- se han aprovechado de la crisis para <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sepe.es\/contenidos\/que_es_el_sepe\/estadisticas\/datos_avance\/paro\/\"><strong>recortar puestos de trabajo<\/strong><\/a>, reducir sus gastos de personal y aumentar sus beneficios a costa de los trabajadores, pero tambi\u00e9n se han aprovechado de la situaci\u00f3n para utilizar la crisis como excusa perfecta para no subir ni un euro a sus empleados.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14144\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/ascenso.jpg\" alt=\"ascenso\" width=\"590\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/ascenso.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/ascenso-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para quienes llevan bastante tiempo trabajando en una empresa con las <strong>mismas condiciones econ\u00f3micas<\/strong> es desalentador que su trabajo, su dedicaci\u00f3n y su compromiso con la compa\u00f1\u00eda no se vea recompensado de forma justa con un aumento de su salario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero, tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed, <strong>s\u00f3lo hay algo peor que no lograr un ascenso: que lo consiga otra persona que, en nuestra opini\u00f3n, lo merezca menos que nosotros<\/strong>. Y, por muy prudentes que seamos y muy buena relaci\u00f3n que tengamos con nuestros compa\u00f1eros y con nuestros jefes, dif\u00edcilmente podremos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/5-trucos-para-disimular-la-envidia-hacia-un-companero-de-trabajo\/\"><strong>disimular nuestra sensaci\u00f3n de malestar y de enfado<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Claro que tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrir que seamos nosotros quienes logremos el ascenso y que sean los dem\u00e1s los que se indignen y los que nos empiecen a ver de forma diferente. Ya que el <strong>mal ambiente en el trabajo<\/strong> es poco menos que inevitable, al menos que sea porque nos han ascendido a nosotros y no a otros, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para evitar estas situaciones, <strong>las empresas optan por la salida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil<\/strong> y por la que trae menos problemas: no ascender a nadie salvo que no haya m\u00e1s remedio.
