La t\u00e9cnica <strong>Pomodoro<\/strong>, que te contamos con m\u00e1s detalle en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/la-tecnica-definitiva-para-concentrarte-en-tu-trabajo-la-tecnica-pomodoro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>este otro art\u00edculo de OficinaEmpleo<\/strong><\/a>, se basa en mantener al m\u00e1ximo la concentraci\u00f3n en el trabajo o en el estudio durante 25 minutos seguidos sin interrupci\u00f3n. Una vez cumplido ese tiempo, realizamos un breve descanso de 5 minutos antes de afrontar el siguiente \u201cpomodoro\u201d (tomate, en italiano). Pasados esos 25 minutos, de nuevo descansamos durante 5 minutos. Una vez que han pasado cuatro pomodoros con sus correspondientes pausas, el descanso pasa a ser de 15 minutos en lugar de 5.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>TickTick<\/strong>. Otro de los m\u00e9todos de organizaci\u00f3n de nuestro trabajo m\u00e1s recomendables es <a href=\"https:\/\/ticktick.com\/?language=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TickTick<\/strong><\/a>, una aplicaci\u00f3n disponible para plataformas como Android, iOs, Mac Os X y Windows basada en la creaci\u00f3n de listas de tareas que puedes compartir con otras personas. Puedes crear diferentes listas de tareas pendientes y asignar a cada una, si lo deseas, una fecha o una hora l\u00edmite, adem\u00e1s de a\u00f1adir comentarios, adjuntar im\u00e1genes y presentaciones, organizar las tareas en diferentes carpetas y acceder desde diferentes dispositivos. Adem\u00e1s de TickTick, hay otras aplicaciones similares, como <strong>Google Keep<\/strong>, que tambi\u00e9n son una buena ayuda para organizar el trabajo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Evernote<\/strong>. Si eres de esas personas que est\u00e1n acostumbradas desde hace tiempo a utilizar post-it a modo de recordatorio de citas y tareas pendientes, es muy probable que <a href=\"https:\/\/evernote.com\/intl\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Evernote<\/strong><\/a> sea una aplicaci\u00f3n especialmente importante para ti. Y si no es tu caso, puede que tambi\u00e9n gracias a su sistema de archivo de notas disponible en las principales plataformas y al que tambi\u00e9n puedes acceder desde diferentes dispositivos.
