{"id":15473,"date":"2024-07-11T09:15:30","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:15:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/?p=15473"},"modified":"2024-07-11T09:28:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:28:45","slug":"cuanto-tiempo-paro-me-corresponde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/cuanto-tiempo-paro-me-corresponde\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo de paro me corresponde?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una de las preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes que nos hacemos cuando nos quedamos sin trabajo o cuando creemos que estamos cerca de perder nuestro empleo es: \u201c<strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo de paro me corresponde?<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15474\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15474\" class=\"wp-image-15474 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/paro.jpg\" alt=\"La gran pregunta cuando se est\u00e1 en el paro: &quot;\u201c\u00bfCu\u00e1nto cobro de paro?\u201d (istock)\" width=\"590\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/paro.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/paro-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-15474\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La gran pregunta cuando se est\u00e1 en el paro: \u00ab\u201c\u00bfCu\u00e1nto cobro de paro?\u201d (istock)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/%c2%bfdonde-buscar-trabajo-si-estas-en-paro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tiempo de paro<\/strong><\/a> que nos corresponde var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo de tiempo que hayamos cotizado -y que no siempre es igual al per\u00edodo de tiempo que se ha trabajado en una empresa porque puede que en algunos casos no se haya hecho un contrato desde el principio-. <strong>Si hemos cotizado al menos 360 d\u00edas (un a\u00f1o, al efecto), el tiempo m\u00ednimo de paro que nos corresponde es de cuatro meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por cada a\u00f1o que hemos cotizado<\/strong> por nuestro trabajo en una empresa, tenemos <strong>derecho a cuatro meses de<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sepe.es\/contenidos\/personas\/prestaciones\/distributiva_prestaciones.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo<\/strong><\/a> hasta un<strong> m\u00e1ximo de dos a\u00f1os de paro<\/strong>, que se corresponder\u00edan con seis a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s de cotizaci\u00f3n por un empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si hemos trabajado -y cotizado- durante dos a\u00f1os en un trabajo y nos despiden, el tiempo de paro que nos corresponder\u00eda ser\u00eda de ocho meses (cuatro meses de paro por a\u00f1o trabajado); y si el per\u00edodo en el que hemos trabajado es de tres a\u00f1os, tendr\u00edamos derecho a un a\u00f1o de paro (4 meses x 3=12 meses).<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto se cobra de paro?<\/h2>\n<p>La otra gran pregunta que nos hacemos en este tipo de situaciones tan desagradables y, por desgracia, tan frecuentes en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os es: \u201c<strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto cobro de paro?<\/strong>\u201d. Durante los <strong>seis primeros meses<\/strong> de paro (los 180 primeros d\u00edas), quien tiene derecho a <strong>prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo cobra el 70% de la base reguladora<\/strong>; a partir de ah\u00ed, ese porcentaje desciende al 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que para tener <strong>derecho a una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sepe.es\/HomeSepe\/es\/Personas\/distributiva-prestaciones.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo<\/a><\/strong>, lo que com\u00fanmente se llama cobrar el paro, debes estar en <strong>situaci\u00f3n legal de desempleo<\/strong>. Es decir, que hayas perdido un empleo por causas ajenas a tu voluntad, como un despido, la finalizaci\u00f3n de tu contrato temporal, un ERE (Expediente de Regulaci\u00f3n de Empleo) o una incapacidad.
