El pasado lunes se proclamaban \u201cganadores virtuales\u201d tras la lectura de las otras ofertas que se presentaron al concurso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Talgo-contratar\u00e1-a-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16361 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Talgo-contratar\u00e1-a-2.jpg\" alt=\"Talgo contratar\u00e1 a 1.000 trabajadores\" width=\"590\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Talgo-contratar\u00e1-a-2.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Talgo-contratar\u00e1-a-2-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la consecuci\u00f3n de este megacontrato por valor de m\u00e1s de 2.600 millones de euros, m\u00e1s de un millar de trabajadores podr\u00e1n <strong>trabajar en<\/strong> Talgo e incrementar su plantilla. Por cada uno de los 1.000 puestos de trabajo, Talgo estima que se crear\u00e1n cinco vacantes m\u00e1s de forma indirecta durante cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Esta cifra aumentar\u00e1 ya que se contratar\u00e1 otros 100 directos e indirectos para el mantenimiento posterior de esos trenes durante 30 y 40 a\u00f1os. A\u00fan se desconoce c\u00f3mo se repartir\u00e1 exactamente la repartici\u00f3n de las nuevas vacantes para <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talgo.com\/es\/talento\/\" >trabajar en Talgo<\/a> entre sus plantas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan ha informado la empresa espa\u00f1ola, los vagones del llamado tren Avril se construir\u00e1n en la f\u00e1brica que disponen en la localidad alavesa de Rivabellosa mientras que en la planta madrile\u00f1a de Las Matas se fabricar\u00e1n las cabezas tractoras. Este megacontrato ha supuesto un gran impulso a la empresa castellana ya que, nada m\u00e1s reconocerse ganador, su valor en bolsa se increment\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un 13%.<\/p>\n<p>Talgo se impuso a la empresa guipuzcoana CAF, la alemana Siemens y la francesa Alstom en el concurso p\u00fablico celebrado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/como-trabajar-en-renfe\/\" >RENFE<\/a>. Aunque su propuesta econ\u00f3mica era la segunda m\u00e1s barata, por detr\u00e1s de CAF, fue la empresa que m\u00e1s puntuaci\u00f3n consigui\u00f3 en el apartado t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n<p>Esta noticia es una gran noticia para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en Espa\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s, el contrato estipula que RENFE puede solicitar a <strong>Talgo<\/strong> la construcci\u00f3n de otros 15 AVE m\u00e1s.
