Si no es as\u00ed, supone un <strong>motivo flagrante<\/strong> y puede suponer un fraude de ley. Un juez podr\u00eda revertir tu contrato a indefinido.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de que el motivo de la temporalidad est\u00e9 bien definido <strong>s\u00f3lo debes hacer las tareas<\/strong> que se estipulan en tu contrato temporal. No est\u00e1s obligado a asumir nuevas funciones.<\/li>\n<li>No se puede acumular <strong>dos o m\u00e1s contratos temporales<\/strong> que sumen 24 meses en un per\u00edodo de 30. Si es tu caso est\u00e1s de enhorabuena. La empresa est\u00e1 cometiendo una irregularidad en toda regla y tu contrato, ante un juez, ser\u00eda revertido a indefinido.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que alcances la fecha de <strong>finalizaci\u00f3n de tu contrato temporal<\/strong> no debes seguir trabajando.
