Siempre ponte en el lugar de tu jefe<\/h2>\n<p>Sirve para llevarte bien con cualquier persona (o ayuda al menos), y m\u00e1s a\u00fan con tu jefe que en teor\u00eda tiene una mayor responsabilidad en el trabajo<strong>. As\u00ed que utiliza tu empat\u00eda m\u00e1s que nunca<\/strong> con tu jefe y trata de pensar que detr\u00e1s de una mala contestaci\u00f3n o una exigencia extraordinaria se encuentra la presi\u00f3n a la que \u00e9l est\u00e1 sometido y el compromiso de llegar a unos objetivos que cumplir. <strong>Antes de ofrecer un juicio de valor, siempre ponte en su lugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2. Tu trabajo, lo primero<\/h2>\n<p>Sea como sea la relaci\u00f3n, lo que <strong>siempre la va a empeorarla es si hay dejadez en tus funciones<\/strong>, es decir, si dejas de hacer tu trabajo o al menos parte de \u00e9l. Lo primero, por tanto, es cumplir con tu cometido que es para lo que te han contratado. As\u00ed nunca tendr\u00e1n que echarte nada en cara. Y es que si dejas de hacer tu trabajo y tu jefe se da cuenta, la relaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s tensa a\u00fan.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Normalmente tu jefe no es tu colega<\/h2>\n<p>Bien\u2026 lo normal es que tu jefe sea eso, tu jefe.<strong> Para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/tips-para-hacer-amigos-en-tu-nuevo-trabajo\/\">amigos<\/a> o amigas tienes los de fuera del trabajo<\/strong>, u otros compa\u00f1eros de la empresa. Si te decimos eso es que fomentar el buen rollo entre ambos no significa \u2018ir de colega\u2019 sino tener clara la relaci\u00f3n que existe, que tiene que ser cordial pero lo habitual es que no sea de amigos o amigas, porque se pueden rebasar algunas l\u00edneas que degraden la convivencia.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Di\u00e1logo<\/h2>\n<p>Parece que se lo estamos pidiendo a los pol\u00edticos pero no, esta vez se lo decimos a todos los jefes y a todos los empleados del mundo. <strong>Es importante hablar y conversar<\/strong>, porque si no se hace, habr\u00e1 malentendidos y eso dificultar\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n. Y cuando hablamos de di\u00e1logo, cabe la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias-47652945\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">discusi\u00f3n<\/a>, es decir, el intercambio de ideas, de pareceres, <strong>pero siempre con el respeto por delante<\/strong>, sin subir el tono, porque eso enriquece la relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Conclusiones<\/h2>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de intercambio de opiniones e ideas llega el momento de<strong> sacar conclusiones y de poner los medios necesarios<\/strong> (soluciones) en caso de que la relaci\u00f3n sea defectuosa. No es admisible dejarla morir, por decirlo as\u00ed, sino que hay que tratar de hacer que perdure en las mejores condiciones.
