Y depende de la relaci\u00f3n que tengamos con nuestro jefe, de c\u00f3mo sea como persona\u2026 y de la red social en cuesti\u00f3n. Empecemos por la decisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil: <strong>conectar con nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/hacer-la-pelota-a-tu-jefe-sin-que-se-note\/\">jefe<\/a> en LinkedIn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que <strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> es una red social de uso profesional, aceptar la invitaci\u00f3n de tu jefe para que est\u00e9is conectados tiene todo el sentido del mundo y admite poca discusi\u00f3n. Es m\u00e1s, si tu jefe o jefa a\u00fan no te ha invitado a conectar en LinkedIn, toma t\u00fa la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>Otra red social donde es f\u00e1cil tomar la decisi\u00f3n de agregar -en este caso, seguir- a tu jefe es <strong>Twitter<\/strong>. No nos cuesta nada seguir a nuestro jefe en Twitter y no tiene mayor importancia que \u00e9l o ella nos siga en Twitter siempre y cuando nuestros tuits no sean ofensivos ni comprometedores.<\/p>\n<p>La gran duda viene con <strong>Facebook<\/strong>. Aunque pueda tener tambi\u00e9n un uso profesional, Facebook es sobre todo una red donde conocer lo que hacen nuestros amigos y, al mismo, tiempo, donde nuestros amigos pueden ver lo que hacemos. Y claro, nuestro jefe, por regla general, no es tambi\u00e9n nuestro amigo del alma.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que si sueles colgar fotos y v\u00eddeos de fiesta o cualquier otro contenido que no quieres que vea, mejor <strong>no agregues a tu jefe en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/hago-jefe-me-agrega-facebook\/\">Facebook<\/a><\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, en caso de que aceptes su solicitud de amistad, podr\u00e1 ver si est\u00e1s subiendo cosas a Facebook o utilizando el chat en horario de trabajo. As\u00ed que los inconvenientes ganan por mucho a las ventajas.<\/p>\n<p>Sabemos que eso es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de decir que de hacer, pero no tiene por qu\u00e9 pasar nada si no aceptas su solicitud de amistad. Lo mejor es decir que prefieres estar conectado con \u00e9l o con ella en otras redes m\u00e1s profesionales como <a href=\"https:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LinkedIn<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Menos dudas genera otra red como <strong>Instagram<\/strong>. Lo mejor es que tu perfil sea privado porque, entre otras cosas, no tiene mucho sentido que tu jefe pueda ver libremente las fotos personales.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, nuestro consejo es que conectes con tu jefe en LinkedIn y que sigas su cuenta de Twitter si tiene.
