Son muchas las veces en las que un trabajador no se siente reconocido laboralmente<\/strong> en su puesto de trabajo<\/strong> y suele ser una de las claves que llevan a un buen empleado a querer cambiar de empresa<\/strong>. Por ello, el reconocimiento al trabajo <\/strong>es un factor vital para que las empresas logren retener el talento <\/strong>y a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

De hecho, el 69% de los empresarios consideran que el reconocimiento abierto del trabajo representa un factor esencial<\/strong> para crear una atm\u00f3sfera de trabajo agradable que permita retener a los empleados de talento tras las vacaciones, seg\u00fan un estudio del proveedor de espacios de trabajo flexible Regus.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

En la encuesta que ha sido realizada a 17.000 ejecutivos, los empresarios espa\u00f1oles destacaron tambi\u00e9n que el respeto a todos los empleados (60%) y el fomento del intercambio de habilidades<\/strong> y conocimientos entre la plantilla (48%) como el segundo y tercer factor m\u00e1s importante, respectivamente en lo que al \u00e1mbito laboral<\/strong> se refiere.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el informe constata que ayudar a los compa\u00f1eros m\u00e1s agobiados por el trabajo tambi\u00e9n se erige como requisito \u00abimprescindible\u00bb para mantener una plantilla de confianza y se genere una sensaci\u00f3n de trabajo en equipo<\/strong>, seg\u00fan los indica el 32% de los participantes.<\/p>\n

El director de Regus<\/strong> en Europa del Sur, Olivier de Lavalette afirma que \u00abel trabajo impone cada vez m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n y las horas laborales interfieren cada vez m\u00e1s en las vidas privadas de las personas. Los trabajadores espa\u00f1oles son conscientes de la importancia de trabajar con compa\u00f1eros que se sienten satisfechos en sus puestos\u00bb.<\/p>\n
