Casi todos hemos pasado por eso. Y cuando afrontamos esa etapa tan novedosa lo hacemos con un objetivo claro: conseguir quedarnos en esa empresa. La labor del becario, sus funciones, y sobre todo c\u00f3mo le tratan, es muy diferente de unos sectores a otros pero el objetivo final (coger experiencia y quedarnos) es com\u00fan a todos. Nosotros vamos a \u2018desmenuzar\u2019 alguna de las claves que creemos son m\u00e1s importantes para pasar de becario a empleado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/becarios_dentro.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3323 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/becarios_dentro-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"becarios_dentro\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/becarios_dentro-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/becarios_dentro-280x150.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/becarios_dentro.jpg 590w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Horas<\/strong>. Lo de hacer m\u00e1s horas de las estipuladas por el contrato de becario (si es que lo hay) es un cl\u00e1sico. Parece que hay que demostrar con horas de m\u00e1s que est\u00e1s implicado en la empresa y que te interesa. Si est\u00e1s t\u00fa solo, no ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil demostrarlo, pero como haya m\u00e1s becarios como t\u00fa, ser\u00e1 una carrera por ver qui\u00e9n hace m\u00e1s horas. Es triste pero es as\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demostrar que pueden confiar en ti<\/strong>. El becario tiene una serie de funciones atribuidas y otras que no lo est\u00e1n del todo, as\u00ed que el novato intentar\u00e1 demostrar que puede hacer cualquier trabajo aunque no est\u00e9 en sus competencias iniciales. El objetivo es claro, demostrar que si le contratan, puede hacerlo igual de bien que sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrarte<\/strong>. El becario es uno m\u00e1s para muchas cosas y para intentar quedarse muchas veces es necesaria una buena labor de \u2018lobby\u2019 fuera de la oficina. Esto es: quedar fuera del trabajo con los compa\u00f1eros. Eso har\u00e1 que \u00e9stos valoren que su contrataci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de buena en el sentido laboral, es buena en el sentido afectivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demostrar que quieres aprender<\/strong>. El becario que quiera quedarse en su empresa tiene que demostrar que llega para aprender en un primer momento, y tiene que demostrarlo. No puede pasarse de listo ni hacer las cosas a su libre elecci\u00f3n (al menos al principio). Tiene que mostrar inter\u00e9s por los procesos productivos, por las mec\u00e1nicas, hacer preguntas, pedir ayuda, pedir que le ense\u00f1en sin que nadie te lo tenga que pedir antes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aportar<\/strong>. Aunque, como se suele decir, el becario es \u2018el \u00faltimo mono\u2019, al inter\u00e9s por aprender tiene que acompa\u00f1ar un inter\u00e9s por aportar. Han de ver que eres proactivo, que propones soluciones. Poco a poco tus opiniones ser\u00e1n tenidas en cuenta y demostrar\u00e1s que puedes ser \u00fatil a la empresa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Olv\u00eddate de caf\u00e9s y fotocopias<\/strong>. El becario no est\u00e1 para eso. Y en realidad no hace ese tipo de cosas. Se trata de una imagen distorsionada que se ha dado de ellos as\u00ed que c\u00e9ntrate en tu trabajo y en aprender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Humildad<\/strong>. Has de tener en cuenta que has llegado para aprender. Toma tu beca como un favor que te est\u00e1n haciendo de cara a tu futuro, y los favores hay que agradecerlos con gratitud y sobre todo siendo humildes. As\u00famelo, no eres ninguna estrella en lo tuyo. Mant\u00e9n siempre el respeto a tus compa\u00f1eros que llevan mucho m\u00e1s tiempo que t\u00fa trabajando y saben perfectamente c\u00f3mo hacer su labor.
