La verdad es que esta palabra inglesa se usa para hacer referencia a un tipo de entrenador muy especial: <strong>el que nos ense\u00f1a c\u00f3mo podemos conseguir nuestros objetivos personales,  por muy inalcanzables que nos parezcan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un proceso de coaching <strong>nos ayuda a desarrollar nuestro potencial para conseguir cosas y cambios y nos abre los ojos a cu\u00e1l puede ser la mejor manera a nuestro alcance para llegar hasta ellos<\/strong>. No hay que pensar que el coach que nos guiar\u00e1 por este proceso es un hombre m\u00e1gico, capaz de llevarnos al \u00e9xito, pero s\u00ed que es un apoyo que nos servir\u00e1 de gu\u00eda para que podamos ver las cosas mucho m\u00e1s claras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, ir a sesiones de coaching no es lo mismo que hacer alg\u00fan tipo de psicoterapia. De hecho, su \u00e1mbito de acci\u00f3n es el de la comunicaci\u00f3n personal, no el de la psicolog\u00eda o trabajo de la mente. <strong>Un coach es una persona en quien confiar, que nos observa y ve nuestros puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles en cualquier \u00e1mbito de nuestra vida<\/strong>. En base a ellos, nos ayuda a sacar lo mejor de nosotros mismos, para llevarnos al camino que deseamos. De todos modos, su trabajo ser\u00e1 en balde, si nosotros no estamos predispuestos a cambiar y evolucionar en nuestra vida. El coaching <strong>es la t\u00e9cnica que nos ayudar\u00e1 a canalizar nuestra motivaci\u00f3n y crear un plan de acci\u00f3n para conseguir nuestros objetivos de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfPuede ayudarte el coaching?
