Dif\u00edcilmente se producir\u00e1n nada m\u00e1s comenzar la entrevista de trabajo, sino cuando el entrevistador crea que tenemos la guardia baja. <strong>Las preguntas m\u00e1s complicadas de responder suelen ser en realidad afirmaciones m\u00e1s que preguntas<\/strong>, as\u00ed que el tono del entrevistador tambi\u00e9n nos dar\u00e1 una pista de hasta qu\u00e9 punto quiere ponernos a prueba.<\/p>\n<p>Estas son algunas de <strong>las preguntas trampa m\u00e1s habituales<\/strong> y la forma en la que debes responder a cada una:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. \u201cVeo que llevas mucho tiempo sin trabajar\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ejemplo t\u00edpico de pregunta que en realidad es una afirmaci\u00f3n. Esta respuesta no la debemos llevar aprendida de memoria, como ninguna para una entrevista de trabajo, pero s\u00ed que tenemos que ensayarla antes porque es importante. <strong>Llevar bastante tiempo sin poder trabajar es, por desgracia, algo muy com\u00fan en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y el entrevistador lo sabe.<\/strong> Puedes decir que en ese tiempo no has dejado de formarte y especializarte y que las ofertas que has tenido no cumpl\u00edan con tus expectativas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 te despidieron de su anterior trabajo?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a title=\"Las 5 cagadas en una entrevista por las que no te llamar\u00e1n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/las-5-cagadas-en-una-entrevista-por-las-que-no-te-llamaran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La trampa que debes sortear aqu\u00ed es la de hablar mal de tus antiguos jefes o compa\u00f1eros<\/a> y la de decir algo que lleve al entrevistador a pensar que no hiciste bien tu trabajo. Lo mejor es contestar educadamente diciendo que hubo un recorte de plantilla en la empresa y que fue una pena que te tocara a ti porque te gustaba tu trabajo y el ambiente que hab\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. \u201c\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu principal defecto?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si ves que te preguntan por tus virtudes profesionales, prep\u00e1rate porque despu\u00e9s de las virtudes vendr\u00e1n los defectos. Tambi\u00e9n debes estar preparado previamente para esta pregunta. <strong>No vale contestar: \u201cPues que soy demasiado perfeccionista\u201d o \u201cQue trabajo demasiado\u201d.<\/strong> En ese caso, el que est\u00e1 haciendo trampa eres t\u00fa y se va a notar. Pero tampoco debes decir defectos que lleven al entrevistador a no querer contratarte, como que te cuesta mantener la concentraci\u00f3n, que eres indiscreto o que eres impuntual. Puedes decir, por ejemplo, que piensas demasiado las cosas o que te gusta llevar la raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. \u201c\u00bfPrefieres trabajar solo o en equipo?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a1Ojo, no respondas que prefieres trabajar solo! Lo que quieren saber con esta pregunta es <strong>tu capacidad para trabajar en equipo<\/strong> y c\u00f3mo te adaptar\u00edas a los que ser\u00edan tus compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5. \u201c\u00bfEst\u00e1s acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presi\u00f3n?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta pregunta es una trampa lo mires por donde lo mires. Si contestas que no, consid\u00e9rate descartado. Y si contestas que s\u00ed, asume que si te contratan, van a apretarte las tuercas al m\u00e1ximo.
