Seguro que ya sabes que has de tener tu curr\u00edculum totalmente actualizado si est\u00e1s realmente interesado\/a en la b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo. Pero adem\u00e1s, has de recurrir a nuevas f\u00f3rmulas, m\u00e1s originales, para poder captar la atenci\u00f3n de las empresas. Un m\u00e9todo que puede serte de mucha utilidad es el Elevator Pitch.<\/p>\n

Elevator Pitch significa \u00abdiscurso de ascensor\u00bb y hace referencia al breve tiempo que dura un trayecto en el mismo; en apenas 30 segundos tenemos que ser capaces de contar qui\u00e9nes somos, a qu\u00e9 nos dedicamos, las razones que nos mueven y nuestro proyecto de futuro<\/strong>. Se usa habitualmente como carta de presentaci\u00f3n de una empresa<\/strong> y, en ese poco tiempo, los que te escuchan deben visualizar exactamente su filosof\u00eda y los elementos diferenciadores que la caracterizan.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer un Elevator Pitch eficaz?<\/strong>
\nSigue estos pasos:
\n– Tenlo preparado: dedica tiempo y esfuerzo a elaborar un Elevator Pitch diferente, claro y llamativo a la vez.
\n– C\u00e9ntrate en los aspectos importantes y diferenciadores.
\n– Transmite bien: en tu peque\u00f1o discurso muestra confianza en el proyecto y pasi\u00f3n en el mismo.
\n– Ensaya tu Elevator Pitch constantemente para que siempre lo tengas fresco, ya que nunca se sabe d\u00f3nde ni cu\u00e1ndo puede surgir la ocasi\u00f3n para usarlo (eventos sociales, networking, conferencias, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 puede servirte?<\/strong>
\nComo antes hemos comentado, un Elevator Pitch es una carta de presentaci\u00f3n de cara a nuevos clientes o inversores o el apoyo de influencers, pero tambi\u00e9n puede servirte a nivel personal, como curr\u00edculum.<\/strong> En este caso no presentas una empresa, si no a ti mismo y, de la misma forma, tienes que enfocar el discurso a lo realmente importante y a tus elementos diferenciadores. Por otra parte, es muy interesante la idea de desarrollar un v\u00eddeo con tu propio Elevator Pitch y enviarlo a las empresas que oferten un puesto de empleo. Demostrar\u00e1s inter\u00e9s, esfuerzo y originalidad.<\/p>\n
