\u00a1Adi\u00f3s a los musculitos, los cuerpos perfectos y los abdominales! Abercrombie&Fitch cambia su estrategia de marketing para reducir la sexualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Desde que su antiguo presidente, Mike Jeffries, se march\u00f3 de la empresa el pasado diciembre, el nuevo responsable de la firma Christos Angelides junto con el nuevo presidente, Arthur Mart\u00ednez, han decidido cambiar la estrategia de marketing tan agresiva que llevaba arrastrando esta marca desde sus inicios.<\/p>\n

Antes, para poder trabajar como dependiente, deb\u00edas de cumplir una serie de requisitos que nada ten\u00edan que ver con la experiencia (nada de bigote, complexi\u00f3n delgada y atl\u00e9tica, ninguna se\u00f1al de personalizaci\u00f3n ni fijadores de pelo llamativo). Seg\u00fan Jeffries, esta marca estaba s\u00f3lo hecha para la gente guapa y sexy que pudiera llevarla, y por tanto, se deb\u00eda de exigir lo mismo a sus empleados.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de empleados esculturales que quitaban el hipo formando numerosas colas de espera, Abercrombie tambi\u00e9n se caracteriza por vender su ropa en tiendas con poca luz, perfumes empalagosos y m\u00fasica alta de discoteca.<\/p>\n

Pero ahora todo eso va a cambiar, seg\u00fan Christos \u201cAhora lo importante es que los empleados se centren en las ventas y no en su propio estilo a la hora de vender, lo importante son los clientes\u201d. <\/em>As\u00ed que ya ves, se acabaron los empleados con abdominales perfectos que s\u00f3lo pod\u00edan atenderte con unos vaqueros, a partir de ahora ya no exigir\u00e1n ser \u201cguapos\u201d y \u201csexys\u201d ni tampoco tener un cuerpo perfecto<\/strong>, la m\u00fasica tendr\u00e1 volumen m\u00e1s bajo, el aire ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s respirable y la luz m\u00e1s clara.<\/p>\n
