superiores al 22%<\/strong>, los avances en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el mercado laboral en Espa\u00f1a siguen siendo demasiado lentos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6981\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oficinaempleo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/mujeres-empleo.jpg\" alt=\"mujeres-empleo\" width=\"590\" height=\"315\" <strong>desigualdad<\/strong> es manifiesta y m\u00e1s si observamos datos tan demoledores como estos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una mujer necesitar\u00eda <strong>trabajar 84 d\u00edas m\u00e1s al a\u00f1o que un hombre<\/strong> para ganar el mismo dinero, seg\u00fan el informe de UGT \u201cTrabajar igual, cobrar igual\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Las mujeres que tienen un empleo cobran de media <strong>19.357 euros al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, frente a los <strong>25.682<\/strong> euros anuales que perciben los hombres como promedio.<\/li>\n<li>El 69% de los <strong>puestos directivos en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> est\u00e1n ocupados por hombres frente al 31% de mujeres.<\/li>\n<li>El porcentaje de mujeres que ocupan <strong>puestos directivos<\/strong> en las empresas del IBEX es \u00fanicamente del 13,4%.<\/li>\n<li>Espa\u00f1a es el <strong>segundo pa\u00eds de la Uni\u00f3n Europea con mayor \u00edndice de paro femenino<\/strong>, con un 26,7%, casi el triple de la media europea.<\/li>\n<li>Hay m\u00e1s mujeres que hombres entre los 25 y 34 a\u00f1os con <strong>estudios superiores<\/strong>, pero son m\u00e1s los hombres que las mujeres que tienen un trabajo con esa titulaci\u00f3n en esa franja de edad.<\/li>\n<li>Las mujeres espa\u00f1olas desempleadas tardan una media de casi <strong>18 meses<\/strong> en volver a encontrar un
