En este sentido, ser\u00e1 el encargado de seleccionar al personal y formarlo, de asignar las tareas, supervisar el rendimiento de los empleados y delegar responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de asegurar que se cumplan los est\u00e1ndares marcados de salud, seguridad y calidad, deber\u00e1 mantener un determinado\u00a0nivel de <strong>servicio al cliente<\/strong> al tiempo que formula pol\u00edticas de funcionamiento de la tienda de cara a aumentar las ventas y lograr una gesti\u00f3n eficiente de las quejas de clientes, entre otras funciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>responsable de tienda<\/strong> habr\u00e1 de conocer las tendencias del mercado, observar qu\u00e9 acciones lleva a cabo la competencia y realizar los cambios pertinentes para un trabajo m\u00e1s eficiente.
