Key Responsibilities
Customer service: collect data for quotations, provide information on policies, coverage and receipt status.
Quotation and issuance of policies.
Advise clients on available insurance options.
Review received quotations via the quotation system, propose alternatives and issue policies.
Manage and maintain the client portfolio: policy reviews, premium adjustments, cancellations due to claims, issuing new insurance, handling returned receipts and following up cancellation requests.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance brokerage.
Technical knowledge of the insurance sector.
Customer orientation, organizational skills and attention to detail.
