At VASS|T4S , we are partnering with a key client to identify a high-calibre Business Analyst with a strong strategic mindset and a solid background in finance and controlling. This is not a typical reporting role — we are looking for someone who can connect data, business insight, and decision-making at a senior level . Your Role You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving clarity and insight across complex data environments. Your focus will be on: Analysing financial and operational deviations across multiple information systems Performing root-cause analysis to uncover key business drivers Working with BI/BW data (non-developer role) to validate outputs and ensure data integrity Supporting improvements in data quality, processes, and business performance Delivering ad hoc analysis to inform high-level decision-making Your Profile 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in finance / controlling environments Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Comfortable navigating complex datasets and translating them into business insights Proven ability to challenge, validate and improve data-driven processes Fluent English (C1 minimum); German is a plus Location & Conditions 100% remote (based in Madrid) Start date: June 2026 Why this role? xhfqzwm This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact position , working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing key business decisions in an international environment.
