For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, Omnitel is looking for a Channel Communication & Marketing Support. We're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Go-To-Market Training, Communications and Sales Enablement to own content readiness, webinars, certifications, partner communications, and channel events worldwide. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global training and communications for the channel partners and internal sales teams. You'll work cross-functionally with central GTM teams, regions, agencies, and other event stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. General information Location: Sant Cugat – Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Training Management & Content Readiness Define and maintain the training readiness plan, including topics, formats, timelines, and delivery channels. Lead end-to-end project management of content initiatives, coordinating owners, deadlines, and approvals. Align and communicate training plans clearly to the Category Team and to the Regional GTM Teams. Track partner certification progress on a weekly basis Send certification invitations and communications Webinar Planning & Execution Platform setup (hosts, panelists, recording settings)Surveys and polls configuration when applicable Monitor registrations and attendance, upload recordings and presentations. Channel Marketing & Communications Plan and execute partner e-Newsletters to communicate key updates, content, and programs. Manage budget and support activities globally when required. Own the communications, training, and events execution. Ensure all assets, communications, and touchpoints remain: Provide operational support for Global Events 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Communications Management ~ Strong project management skills ~ Comfortable owning end-to-end execution, from planning to delivery and optimization ~ High level of English required.
