The selected person, inside the congress HUB department of American Express Global Business Travel, will be responsible of Managing groups and rooms allotments for Clients attending to Pharma International Congress.He/She will manage from initial proposal to post project reconciliation, respecting customer and GBT Meeting & Events standards, procedures and policies.Responsibilities:· International congress management· Liaise with meeting owners· Sourcing & Contracting· Negotiation with suppliers· Prompt accommodation initial request to suppliers· Purchase based on historic data· Strategic management of allotments· Operational management of the event with database designated· Side meetings management· Budgeting, payment & reconciliation - Reporting#LI-JS1

Requisitos mínimos

-Business English - Other languages to be taken into consideration depending on needs
-Customer care
-Expert on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Expert on ´Mail Merge´ capability in Word and ´Pivot tables´ in Excel
-Access to be taken into consideration
-Experience of minimum 3 years with pharmaceutical event management
-Flexibility - Ability to adapt
-Ability to strength relationship with internal & external customers and suppliers
-Team work
-Used to work under pressure
-Ability to manage different website simultaneously
