Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and scale Rover’s international people strategy to support rapid growth outside the U.S. You will partner with regional leaders and the global People team to build an high-performing organization, design talent and organization frameworks, and lead the International People function. You will drive AI-enabled workflows and evolving ways of working to boost productivity and employee engagement. This is a strategic, cross-border role with a strong emphasis on inclusion and compliance within EU labor laws.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Act as the senior HR partner to international leaders, guiding organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and team performance
- Translate business priorities into scalable people strategies that enable growth
- Lead and evolve the HRBP team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across regions
- Coach leaders on performance, leadership development, and building high-performing teams
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract European talent and strengthen employer branding
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across European and U.S. teams using feedback and engagement insights
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations and compliance with EU laws, GDPR, and local regulations
- Coordinate with the U.S. People team to deliver scalable programs supporting international growth
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives tied to expansion and workforce evolution
- Assess organizational and talent implications of AI adoption, including capability and change readiness
- Promote modern, data-informed, technology-enabled HR practices to improve effectivenessResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner leadership
- Experience building AI fluency and leveraging technology to strengthen People team effectiveness
- Experience supporting leaders in high-growth or scaling organizations, preferably in tech
- Strong knowledge of Spain and UK labor laws and employee relations
- Experience building or scaling HR teams and structures
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into people initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building across cultures and geographies
