As a key HR partner, you will play a critical role in driving HR strategies, implementing people initiatives, and supporting business teams across Spain and Portugal. Key Responsibilities Localize and implement European HR policies and practices within Spain and Portugal; Build and optimize the talent development framework for business teams based on business strategies and needs, while promoting corporate culture to foster a high-performing and positive organizational environment; Proactively identify business challenges and needs, provide effective and integrated HR solutions, and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation; Participate inthe development and execution of HR strategies in Spain to support company objectives and growth plans; Contribute to annual workforce planning for the Spain team, including preparation and control of HR budgets. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in any field, with 4+ years of relevant HR experience; Hands-on experience in at least one or more HR functional areas; Strong learning agility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proven ability to drive initiatives forward; High interpersonal sensitivity and strong business acumen; Proficiency in Chinese/English or Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently in at least two languages.
