Experteer Overview As a Regional HSE specialist, you will support European HUBs and local units in deploying and improving HSE programs. You’ll monitor KPIs, drive the HSE Management System, and coordinate strategic plans to raise safety and environmental performance across manufacturing, servicing, and testing sites. You’ll lead audits, corrective actions, and learning from incidents to strengthen resilience. This role offers regional scope, technical challenges, and a chance to impact safety culture across Europe.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide regional support to Business Units on HSE programs and local implementation
- Monitor and report on HSE processes, KPI progress, and Hub adherence to the HSE Management System
- Coordinate deployment of HSE strategic plans and follow up on improvements
- Implement and track HSE management system and strategic improvement programs
- Ensure adequate HSE qualifications across factories to meet capacity needs
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external HSE audits, tracking NCR resolutions
- Coordinate IT systems to support HSE strategic development processes
- Evaluate HUB EUC progress against HSE targets
- Support learning from past incidents and implement corrective actions from TRI and HPI investigations
- Improve and sustain HSE processes, documents, and related elementsResponsabilidades
- University degree in Occupational Safety and Health or similar
- > 6 years of HSE experience, with international operations exposure; >4 years in HSEstrategic plans and campaigns
- Experience in Servicing, Manufacturing, Testing, and HSE management/administration
- Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and HSE reporting/KPIs
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally (10–20% time)
