Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Real Estate Advisors to join our Barcelona office. This role is designed for established professionals with deep local market expertise and strong international client networks, capable of operating independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance brokerage environment.
Profile We Are Looking For
French, German, or Nordic market specialists
Potential Chinese-speaking advisor with established clientele
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in residential real estate
Strong, demonstrable presence in the Barcelona property market
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Catalan highly valued for local market specialists
Additional languages strongly preferred (French, German, Nordic languages, Mandarin)
Established client base and transaction history
Ability to manage the full transaction cycle independently
Discreet, professional, and client-focused approach
Strong alignment with The Agency brand and collaborative culture
Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of clients and listings
Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and strategic positioning
Lead negotiations and oversee transactions through to closing
Collaborate with The Agency's international offices and referral network
Represent The Agency with the highest standards of professionalism
