Product Manager
Location: Zaragoza (Hybrid)

We are working with a company that focuses on accelerating AI adoption, data literacy, and engineering capabilities through a combination of expert-led human coaching and on-the-job learning. By partnering with over 1,500 organizations, they aim to create equitable access to economic opportunities while delivering measurable ROI for businesses.

Responsibilities of the role:
Drive the roadmap for model inference APIs and registries, ensuring alignment with internal and external customer needs.
Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to prioritize features and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Bridge technical and commercial teams by translating product capabilities into clear roadmaps and documentation.
Establish and scale product management processes within the department to improve operational efficiency.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product adoption, system performance, and user satisfaction.
Advise leadership on priorities and trade-offs, providing transparent visibility into project status.
Align team execution with company objectives to contribute to the broader product strategy.

Requirements of the role:
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
~2+ years professional experience in a technical role with significant product-facing experience; 2+ years in product or program management
~ Strong understanding of software products, API’s, developer-facing platforms, and the LLM ecosystem.
~ Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure, model deployment, or related technologies.
~ Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in defining requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs.
~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
~ Perfect command of English.
