Senior Agentic AI DeveloperLocation: Hybrid from Barcelona (an indefinite Spanish employment contract)We're seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join our Innovation Team on a contract basis. The team works on strategic initiatives that combine technical excellence with business insight, exploring how AI, automation, and other breakthrough technologies can address real-world challenges in the aviation and transport sectors.Requirements:Technical SkillsMinimum 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, with at least 2 years specifically in agentic or LLM-based architectures.3+ years of hands-on experience with Python developmentProven expertise with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworksStrong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applicationsExperience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflowsSolid understanding of RAG architectures and vector databasesProficiency with Azure cloud services and deployment patternsExperience with MLOps practices and AI observability toolsKnowledge of prompt engineering techniques and optimizationAt least B2 level of English.Professional Experience:Demonstrated track record in building production AI/ML systemsExperience with agile development methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills with ability to work in ambiguous environmentsExcellent communication skills for technical collaborationAbility to work independently and drive projects forwardPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the travel, transport, or aviation industryFamiliarity with Azure OpenAI ServiceKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systemsBackground in software architecture and design patternsUnderstanding of AI safety and responsible AI practicesFamiliarity with other AI frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)Responsibilities:Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph frameworksBuild sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementationsImplement context memory management for both short-term and long-term interactionsCreate complex agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple AI capabilitiesDevelop observability and monitoring solutions for AI agent performanceDeploy and maintain AI systems on Azure cloud infrastructureCollaborate with the Innovation Team to prototype and validate new AI conceptsDocument technical architectures, patterns, and best practicesTechnical ImplementationBuild robust backend systems supporting multi-agent architecturesImplement prompt engineering strategies for optimal agent performanceCreate evaluation frameworks to assess agent quality and effectivenessIntegrate AI agents with existing SITA systems and data sourcesEnsure scalability, reliability, and security of AI deployments
