Primary Responsibilities
Provide a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services using various techniques and products.
Conduct consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, and provide recommendations to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience.
Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambience for guests.
Assist in managing guest appointments when necessary.
Assist guests and provide knowledge on products, skincare and wellness practices to enhance the experience.
Prioritize guest safety and comfort during treatment by following protocols for sanitation, hygiene and infection control.
Requirements
Hold appropriate certifications or licenses to practice as a therapist in the respective jurisdiction.
Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, communicate effectively with guests, and provide personalized attention to meet their individual needs and preferences.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols related to spa services.
High level of professionalism and ethics; ability to adhere to professional standards, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in interactions with guests.
