We seek local and international talent who want to be part of a culture where hospitality is lived with pride and commitment, and where every day is an opportunity to create unforgettable memories.If you share that same passion for service and desire to make a difference, we invite you to join us and discover a place where luxury is measured in smiles and moments that last forever.What we are looking for:The job of F&B Supervisor is satisfactorily executed when:- Food and beverages are served to customers in the assigned outlet, providing a professional, efficient and flexible service following 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards and values.- A high quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.- The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.- Sales and customer satisfaction is encouraged.- Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with.- Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.- Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of customers.Other job responsibilities are: To deal with customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report customer complaints and comments to outlet managers. Lead the service and act as a role model to the team. Know how to operate the existing POS system.
