Through games, music and sensory experiences, we make English come alive. /p pOur purpose is clear: bWe ignite children’s future to unleash collective hope. /b /p pFor our school in bVilagarcía de Arousa /b we are looking for an bAcademic Coordinator /b to join our team! /p pbContract type /b: Fixed-term (maternity leave cover)br/bHours /b: 39br/bStart date /b: August 17th /p h3Why you'll love being part of our community /h3 ul liBe part of an educational community with purpose, transforming the way children learn English. /li liWork with a proven, innovative method that makes a real impact on children’s lives. /li liEnjoy a collaborative and supportive environment, where your voice matters and your work is valued. /li liGrow through continuous training, motivating challenges, and real opportunities for development. /li liFeel proud to belong to a brand with strong values, vision, and passion for education. /li /ul h3Your role /h3 h3Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /h3 ul liGuide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. /li liMonitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...). /li liConducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story. /li liConduct internal and external teacher audits to ensure high teaching standards. /li liAdminister quarterly assessments for selected student levels. /li liReview and evaluate internal audits, and coordinate external audit processes. /li liPlan and manage the academic calendar, including curriculum scheduling and the school year timetable. /li liWork in close partnership with the Centre Director to ensure the effective day-to-day management of the school. /li liCarry out administrative duties, including communications, fee collection, and invoicing. /li liMaintain regular weekly communication with students' families to provide updates on progress and engagement. /li liMonitor students' academic progress through ongoing pedagogical follow-up with both families and teachers. /li liOrganize and facilitate monthly team meetings. /li liCoordinate extracurricular activities and student recruitment initiatives in collaboration with the School Director. /li liStrengthen family engagement and retention through regular communication and initiatives designed to enhance the student experience. /li /ul h3What you need /h3 ul liFluency in English /li liPositive attitude and energy to inspire children /li liExcellent communication and organizational skills /li liTeaching experience is a plus, but not required /li liMandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pGross monthly salary: €1,662. /p h3Ready to inspire?
