Your Contribution: Scaling DACH
You’ll be closely working with our growing team, especially with Sevan (Co-Founder & CEO), Alexandre (Co-Founder & Chairman), Alex (VP Sales), and Peter (Managing Director DACH) as well as our DACH Team. Your mission will be to build on the foundations and grow this key market:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the Netherlands, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
Revenue Generation: Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion.
Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.

You have a scientific background or a degree from a Tier 1 business school
You have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment, such as a start-up, venture capital, or consulting and you are familiar with launching new projects from scratch.
You already develop and execute outbound strategies in your previous experiences
You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.
You have an analytical mind, like to solve problems.
Full proficiency of German and English.
