JDRoss has partnered with a leading provider of commercial software and integrated project management solutions for the renewable energy sector, particularly focusing on solar, HVAC, and electric mobility.
In addition to software, they offer consulting, implementation, and technical support services through their Professional Services and Engineering teams.
Your Role
As an Account Executive you will play a key role in acquiring new clients by closing new business opportunities, driving digitalisation for medium and large companies in the sector.
Main Responsibilities

Build a healthy and predictable pipeline by generating and qualifying new opportunities through social selling (LinkedIn), multichannel outreach, events, and partners.
Profile target companies and key stakeholders. Conduct discovery to understand their business and operational challenges to propose clear impact with the businesses solutions.
Understand decision‑making and purchasing processes, negotiate and close software and service agreements (typical ACV €5K–€30K; sales cycles 30–90 days).
Support Customer Success in selected accounts to drive adoption, expansion, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
Develop thought leadership and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in the sector.
Manage your territory/segment with your director, creating sales plans, setting objectives, activities, and metrics. Track and forecast activity and results.
Master the software and associated services, delivering product demos and tailored advisory sessions based on client needs.
Collaborate proactively with the team to achieve commercial goals, bringing your experience, methodology, and creativity.
Gather market and client feedback and share internally to continuously improve the sales process and product development.

Your Experience

Minimum 3 years of recent experience as Account Executive / Full‑cycle sales closing.
Ideally contracts of €5K–€30K ACV plus customization (Professional Services) with medium sales cycles (30–90 days).
Previous experience in B2B SaaS and service solutions, ideally in renewable energy technology or software for CRM, engineering, or project management.
Experience applying structured consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, Customer‑Centric, MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, or similar).
Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, communicative, empathetic, and always ready to sell.
Strong commercial discipline: autonomy in managing outreach, territory planning, activity cadence, and KPI tracking.
Positive attitude and values aligned with Wattwin’s culture, with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
Proficiency in sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Teams, Signaturit, etc.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
