Your Mission As an Account Executive focused on the UK market, you'll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in driving business growth. You'll be responsible for: Identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound prospecting (cold calling) Building relationships with decision-makers within e-commerce businesses Understanding client challenges and presenting tailored solutions Managing the entire sales process from discovery to close Negotiating commercial terms and closing new business opportunities Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting activity Collaborating closely with marketing and customer success teams What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales , ideally within SaaS or technology Experience selling to the UK market Experience with prospecting and cold outreach Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-motivated hunter mentality Results-driven with a desire to exceed targets Native or near-native English proficiency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Requirements EU passport or valid Spanish work authorization Currently based in Madrid or willing to relocate independently What Success Looks Like You'll join a high-performing sales team, receive ongoing coaching and development, and have the opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the most exciting sectors in tech.
