You will manage and optimize relationships across our publisher network, supporting partners who use our full monetization suite.Your mission is to ensure partner success, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term performance through strong collaboration and proactive account management.Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow relationships with key mobile and web partners using Prime Earn monetization solutions • Understand partner needs and align on monetization strategy and revenue goals • Develop optimization plans to improve earnings and user engagement • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support • Analyze performance trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations • Drive high partner satisfaction and long-term retentionQualifications3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Partnerships, or Publisher SuccessExperience in adtech, mobile monetization, or survey networks preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced remote environmentFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWhy Join Us?Remote-first, async-friendly team cultureHigh ownership, low bureaucracyCompetitive salaryWork on products used by millionsWe’re scaling fast - strong potential to grow.!
