This is a Home Office role based in Spain that will require significant travelling (75% at least including 10 days per month in Morocco) We are looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our clients in Morocco. Responsibilities:Building and maintaining relationships to Strategic Key Accounts, Strategic Partners and/or Customers in Automotive in EMEAManage customer performance through the establishment, communication and clarification of expectationsUnderstand customer/prospect needs and provide feedback to organization on product performance, program effectiveness and competitive activityFind new opportunities and strongly drive through the sales process with a valuable outcome for the customer and CelaneseCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams, consisting of Application Development, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology & Innovation to service our customersDevelop and implement account plans, present, and successfully negotiate commercial offersProgress business opportunities and achieve / exceed revenue budget and growth targetsFind new opportunities and prospects and drive through the sales process with a valuable outcome for the customerResolve customer issues, conflicts and define unmet needsProvide information on the profitability and financial situation of key customers for credit risk assessmentProvide input to the monthly forecasting process and annual sales operating plan for own customer portfolioEffectively utilize business and sales tools (i.e. Forecasting tool, Salesforce.com, MS Office)Qualifications:BSc/MSc degree in Technical / Scientific / Commercial education.Native Arab speaker, fluent in Spanish, English and French.Minimum 5 years of functional sales / business development / application engineering experience.Experience in engineering plastics/polymers/TPE/TPV.Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key industry/market influencers.Results oriented and strongly customer-focused.Experience in driving development projects and accomplishing and exceeding defined objectives/goals.Understand customer needs to develop solutions to grow business.Solid commercial negotiation skills.Coordinating work of global and regional teams; at ease with virtual working.Proven track record in getting excellent results by exercising sales excellence & best practicesSelf-starter, independent achiever and highly motivated.Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including senior managementWillingness to travel and prospect.
