The Finance team is seeking a motivated Accountant who is excited about making an impact on the business. Team members are expected in-office 2-days per week. We believe great things happen when people come together intentionally to connect, create, and build momentum as a team.What you’ll be doing:Support a timely, accurate, and reliable global month-end close, including preparing journal entries, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations (cash, prepaid, accruals, and fixed assets).Own the procure-to-pay cycle end-to-end — including purchase orders, accounts payable, corporate credit cards, and employee expense reimbursements.Support close optimization initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvement.Assist with variance analysis and analytical review of financial statements.Help establish, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.Assist with the year-end audit and regulatory filings. Partner with external tax accountants to support tax filings.Be open to assuming expanded responsibilities as the company grows and your skillset develops.Qualifications:Don’t meet every single requirement? You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.Required:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent university-level education2–4 years of experience in general ledger or transactional accounting (internship or prácticas experience welcome)Foundational understanding of IFRS, prior exposure to US GAAP a plus, with willingness to learn US GAAP reporting requirementsBasic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas)Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsCuriosity and willingness to develop accounting research and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracyPreferred:Actively pursuing ACCA or equivalent international accounting qualificationExperience working in a multi-national or US-headquartered companyFamiliarity with NetSuiteExposure to Ramp or similar spend management platformsSaaS or tech industry experienceAbout AffinityWith more than 3,000 customers worldwide and backed by some of Silicon Valley's best firms, Affinity has raised $120M to empower dealmakers to find, manage, and close more deals.
