You will contribute directly to month-end closings,reconciliations, tax reporting files, and progressively take over most operationalactivities currently executed by the Senior Accountant. This is a hands-on role with clearprogressive growth potential.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform daily entries and postings in the ERP, following Semidynamics accounting policies and procedures, for A/P, A/R, GL and Project Cost accounting.Execute accounting reconciliations (banks, suppliers, payroll/expenses, prepaids, accruals) with supporting documentation.Maintain accounting auxiliar files (prepaids & accruals, fixed assets files, etc.) in a consistent manner.Organize invoices and supporting documentation in a structured way, using our internal file architecture and naming conventions.Coordinate with other departments (Operations / Procurement / HR) to confirm purchase orders, invoices and payments.Monthly
