We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations team with administrative tasks related to documentation and operational support.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage and review delivery notes and operational documentation
Keep internal records and files up to date
Provide administrative support to the Operations team
Assist with reports and data updates
Communicate in English when required (mainly spoken)
Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role
High level of spoken English
Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
Comfortable using AI tools as support for administrative tasks (recommended)
Organized and detail-oriented profile
What We Offer Stable, full-time position
Salary: €18,000 gross per year
