Within the Large Format Printing area, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave.
What You’ll Do
Administrative support to Partners and daily operations.
Logistics management (shipment of parts, reporting, etc.).
Customer service to our Partners via phone, email, and management tools.
Opening, handling, assignment, analysis, and closure of cases.
Coordination with other departments.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Education in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Intermediate level of English.
Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Position Details
This position is based in León .
Hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00h.
This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 4 to 6 months.
