Role :Adobe Journey Optimizer Lead (AJO)Location : Spain (Remote)Type : PermanentJob Description: LEAD Role Overview the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences.Design and implement event-driven customer journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channelsDefine journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rulesEstablish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaignsPlan and manage releases, deployments, and coordination with dependent teamsProvide functional leadership and guidance to AJO developers and QA resources7–10 years of experience in marketing automation or journey orchestration rolesDeep hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey OptimizerStrong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys in banking or financial servicesExperience managing complex, event-driven journey orchestrationExperience with AI-driven decisioning or offer managementAdobe AJO certification
