Instead of relying on third-party tools we have built our own in-house tracking solution to allow us to implement **our own optimization tool**, be more flexible, and have a greater capacity to meet client needs.**About the job****Your responsibilities****Assist in Affiliate Program Management**:Support the day-to-day management of affiliate programs, ensuring timely communication with partners.Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.**Onboarding and Prospection**:Aid in the prospection of new affiliates by identifying potential partners and facilitating the onboarding process.Assist in creating marketing materials and resources to attract and engage affiliates.**Communication and Relationship Building**:Maintain regular communication with affiliates, addressing queries, and providing necessary support.Foster positive relationships with affiliates to maximize collaboration and program success.**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:Compile and analyze affiliate performance reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.Collaborate with the Affiliate Managers to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.**Creative Asset Management**:Coordinate the distribution of creative assets to affiliates, ensuring brand consistency.Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.**Research and Industry Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.Provide recommendations for program enhancements based on industry insights.**Requirements**:- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or a related field.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing concepts.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.**What do we offer?**- A dynamic and supportive working environment that encourages collaboration.- Hands-on exposure to real projects- Your voice counts and we want you to be a part of Adkomo success.
