As we continue expanding our entertainment and online communities ecosystem, we are strengthening our Affiliate Marketing team and looking for ambitious professionals to grow with us. About the Role We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliates and media buyers across performance-based campaigns. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of affiliate traffic models and optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates, media buyers, and direct publishers Identify and close CPA, RevShare, and CPM deals Actively negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to maximize revenue and ROI Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud patterns (incent traffic, bots, abnormal behavior, etc.) Manage and operate affiliate platforms (offers, tracking, postbacks, caps, payouts) Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, product, tech) to align traffic and campaign strategy Communicate upcoming promotions, new products, and optimization opportunities to partners Troubleshoot technical and commercial issues in a timely manner Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting to key stakeholders Develop strategies to scale and improve the affiliate program Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging traffic opportunities Requirements 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing Strong knowledge of payout models (CPA, RevShare, CPM) Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Everflow, HasOffers, TrackDesk, Voluum or similar) Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent level of English Strong technical understanding (tracking, postbacks, integrations) Ability to work autonomously and within a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Nice to Have Existing network of affiliates and media buyers Experience with push, pop, native, display, or social traffic Knowledge of fraud detection and traffic quality analysis Experience in social media platforms Experience working with international markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
