Job Description: AI Content Moderator (Spanish – Spain)
We are seeking skilled freelancers based in Spain (or with strong expertise in European Spanish language norms ) to support advanced AI/LLM (Large Language Model) training and evaluation projects.
This role involves linguistic data annotation, content evaluation, and content writing to help improve the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems.
This is a freelance, fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Linguistic Data Annotation
Review and annotate text datasets in Spanish (Spain)
Identify grammar, spelling, tone, and contextual errors
Classify and label text following detailed guidelines
Flag biased, harmful, sensitive, or culturally inappropriate content
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality standards
AI Output Evaluation
Evaluate AI‐generated responses for:
Accuracy
Relevance
Naturalness
Cultural and contextual correctness (Spain‐specific)
Provide quality scores, rewrites, and improvements
Content Writing & Editing
Create high‐quality Spanish (Spain) content: prompts, dialogues, stories, explanations, etc.
Rewrite or paraphrase text to improve clarity, tone, and naturalness
Ensure all content aligns with Spanish (Spain) norms, cultural references, idioms, and expressions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Native or near‐native proficiency in Spanish (Spain)
Strong understanding of Spanish culture, expressions, idioms, and regional context
Excellent xiphteb writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and use annotation tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content when required
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Background in linguistics, translation, literature, journalism, or similar fields
Experience in data annotation, content moderation, localization, or AI evaluation
Familiarity with AI tools, LLM behavior patterns, or linguistic evaluation workflows
