We are looking for anAI Engineerto build video and image automation pipelines that support Marketing creative production.In this role, you will develop and maintain workflows that meet team requirements while experimenting with new models and techniques to improve efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate video and image generation pipelines using ComfyUI, Weavy, or similar node‑based platforms, as well as GenAI models, to handle high‑volume production.Create automated systems to produce marketing assets at the volume and speed required for testing and iteration.Replace time‑intensive manual processes with automation to ensure faster turnaround of marketing assets.Experiment with novel model and tool combinations to enhance existing workflows and create new ones.Partner with Creative, UA and AI teams to translate campaign needs into optimal technical workflows.Develop systems that allow non‑technical users to generate assets independently and provide onboarding for Marketing Artists and Motion Designers.Test new combinations of tools and models to enhance existing workflows.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertisePractical experience building image and video automation pipelines withComfyUI or similar tools .Ability to work across variousgenerative AI tools(e.g., Krea, Scenario) and integrate them into custom pipelines.Proficiency inPython , with knowledge of common genAI orchestration frameworks.Experience withprompt engineeringand active application of genAI coding tools like Claude Code in daily work.Comfortable navigatingAWS environmentsto deploy, manage, and monitor automation scripts.Proven experience in effectively integrating existing tools and techniques into wider custom pipelines.Experience documenting systems and training others to use automated tools.Active engagement with the Gen AI community and current open/closed‑source offerings.Aportfoliodemonstrating your experience in building and integrating functional workflows.Benefits25 days paid holidayin addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year.Hybrid Working:We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.20 days remote working:Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year.Regular company events and rewards:Join in regular events and rewards that celebrate cultural events, our achievements and our team spirit.Private Medical Cover:Have peace of mind with private medical cover, ensuring your health is in good hands.Life & Critical Illness Cover:Protect your future with our life and critical illness cover.Family Forming Support:Receive vital support on your family forming/ fertility journey with our support program [subject to policy].Employee Assistance Program:Access confidential support anytime through our Employee Assistance Program.Sport Compensation:Stay fit and active with our sport compensation benefit.Meal and Transport Vouchers:Save on meals and transport with our convenient vouchers.English & Spanish Classes:Enhance your English and Spanish skills with our provided language classes.Continuous Professional Development:Propel your career with continuous opportunities for professional development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
