Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico aéreo de exportación (nacionales e internacionales). Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas. Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes. Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes. Apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación. What are we looking for? Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico aéreo. Formación en la rama administrativa y/o de comercio internacional. Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés. Orientación al cliente, alta capacidad de resolución de problemas y de trabajo en equipo. What do we offer?
