Procurement Analyst / BI & Insights Specialist Location: Barcelona, Spain. Procurement is evolving - and this role sits right at the centre of that journey. You'll bring clarity, structure and insight through analytics, dashboards and well-designed metrics, while working across multiple projects and teams. No two days will look the same, and you'll get involved, and solve problems where they arise. What You'll Be Doing Creating and maintaining BI dashboards that drive better procurement decisions Designing, refining and challenging metrics to ensure they truly measure value Working across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting a wide range of stakeholders Using SQL to extract, analyse and interpret data Spotting problems, asking questions, and proactively finding solutions Collaborating with teams across different countries, cultures and functions Supporting Procurement Services as it grows in influence and scope What We're Looking For Strong communication skills - professional, approachable and easy to work with Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Someone who enjoys variety and being involved in lots of moving parts Solid SQL skills and experience building BI dashboards A curious, problem-solving mindset - you actively seek challenges and overcome them Project management experience is helpful but not essential Why Join?
