Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) supports complex corporate and institutional clients with customized services and wholesale products. The SCIB team is looking for an ANALYST TRADE RECEIVABLES SECURITISATION based in Boadilla (Madrid). As part of the Global Team, you will structure and execute securitisations of trade receivables transactions worldwide.
Responsibilities

Structuring and execution of securitisations of trade receivables deals across all geographies with focus on diversified portfolios using different mechanisms and models to mitigate portfolio risk.
Due diligence on underlying portfolios.
Business origination: assist in originating transactions across different countries.
Support the approval process with risk department, review legal documentation and communicate with brokers and insurance companies.
Syndication of trade finance assets to buy‑side investors.

Professional Experience

1–2 years in trade receivables or other trade finance products (Payables / ECA / Documentary Trade / Inventory) (Preferred).

Education

Economics, Law, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or other related degrees (Required).

Languages

English (Required).
Knowledge of Spanish and a third language will be positively valued (Preferred).

Hard Skills

Knowledge of trade receivables products, basic accounting standards (Required).
Familiarity with rating agency methodologies for trade receivables (Required).
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling and data analysis) (Required).
Familiarity with EU banking regulation (Required).
High motivation, proactivity, and accomplished business origination skills (Required).
