About the Role:We are a vertically integrated property development studio specialising in bespoke luxury homes that respect Mallorcan heritage while embracing contemporary architecture. Working in-house allows us to follow each project from land acquisition through design, construction, and final delivery — offering our architects exposure to the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects. We are looking for anArchitect with a minimum of 4 years’ professional experienceto join our growing architectural team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop technically and creatively, working closely with senior architects while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages.Responsibilities- Support the design development of residential projects from concept to delivery. - Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation. - Assist in coordinating external consultants, engineers,aparejadores, and contractors. - Participate in construction site visits to support quality control and design intent. - Collaborate closely with senior architects and the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. - Help ensure compliance with local planning regulations and building codes.Qualifications- Degree in Architecture. -3+ years of experiencein an architectural practice or developer-led studio. - Experience working on residential projects; experience in the Balearics / Med is a plus but not essential. - Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Fluent inEnglish and Spanish. - Proficient inAutoCAD. - Experience usingArchicadis highly valued. - Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is considered a strong advantage. - Interest or experience in applying AI tools within the architectural design and project development process will be positively valued.What We Offer- A supportive environment with close mentorship from senior architects. -Work arrangement:hybrid schedule, with approximately80% office-based work and 20% remote work. - Exposure to thefull design and construction processwithin an in-house development team. - Opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility over time. - A young, international, and multidisciplinary team. - A family-run business culture with a long-term vision. - The opportunity to live and work in the beautifulSóller region of Mallorca, with lifestyle benefits that genuinely enhance day-to-day work.
